Google has already tried their luck in music streaming industry with the launch of Google Play Music in 2011. YouTube Music Key that came in 2014, also had ad-free music videos for subscribers. The new music streaming service Remix will include Spotify-type on-demand streaming with the addition of some elements from YouTube, such as video clips. YouTube has even reached out to artists for getting help in the promotion of Remix.

It is expected that this new service will start from March 2018. This can be a big boost to the music streaming industry because a company as big as Youtube will try not to disappoint the users in any way
