The popular Digital Marketer Neil Patel has his agency in Bangalore. The company just announced its 4-days-work-a-week policy asking people to embrace the #AgencyLife in a new way. This policy has been rolled out for the employees in the months of May and June and might be extended depending on the state of affairs in the country.

Swiggy

As per Economic Times, the company is on board with the 4 days work a week policy for its employees in May. Girish Menon, the Group HR commented that this policy has been implemented to safeguard all the employees, including delivery executives during the second wave.

DDB Mudra Group

DDB Mudra Group took to LinkedIn to express its concerns regarding last year’s pandemic when the entire industry was panicking in finding ways to make work efficient. This year, they have decided to adhere to the 4-days-work-a-week policy to ensure the safety of their employees.

MullenLowe Lintas Group

The entire MullenLowe Lintas Group has announced the 4-days-work-a-week policy contrary to what was assumed earlier that this policy had only been rolled out to its PR segment.

Expedia

Till 14th May, Expedia has implemented its 4-days-work-a-week policy for employees to ensure their mental wellbeing and physical health.
