Dil Bechara is a Sushant Singh Rajput & Sanjana Sanghi starrer upcoming movie based on John Green’s 2012 novel The Fault in Our Stars. The movie is all set to be released on Disney+Hotstar under a deal that would fetch the production Rs 40 crores and more.

Shakuntala Devi

Shakuntala Devi is an upcoming biographical film starring Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi, who was also known as the “human computer”. The movie is directed and written by Anu Menon and produced by Sony Pictures Networks India and Vikram Malhotra under his banner Abundantia Entertainment. The makers have closed a deal with Amazon Prime for Rs 40 crores.

Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl

Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is an upcoming biographical film of an Indian Air Force pilot Gunjan Saxena, the first Indian female airforce pilot in combat. The movie is directed by Sharan Sharma and produced under Dharma Productions and Zee Studios, starring Janhvi Kapoor and is all set to release on Netflix under a deal of Rs 50 crores.

Bhuj: The Pride Of India

Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, Bhuj: The Pride Of India is about the life of IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, the then in-charge of the Bhuj airport who and his team reconstructed the IAF airbase with the help of 300 local women.

The movie directed, co-produced and written by Abhishek Dudhaiya and stars Ajay Devgn along with Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk, and Pranitha Subhash. The film has been sold to Disney+ Hotstar for Rs. 110 crore.

Laxmmi Bomb

Laxmmi Bomb is an upcoming comedy horror genre film starring Akshay Kumar & Kiara Advani. The movie is written and directed by Raghava Lawrence in his Hindi directorial debut & is a remake of the Tamil movie Muni 2: Kanchana. The movie is all set to be released on Disney+Hotstar under a deal worth Rs 125 Crores.
