Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is an upcoming biographical film of an Indian Air Force pilot Gunjan Saxena, the first Indian female airforce pilot in combat. The movie is directed by Sharan Sharma and produced under Dharma Productions and Zee Studios, starring Janhvi Kapoor and is all set to release on Netflix under a deal of Rs 50 crores.
Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, Bhuj: The Pride Of India is about the life of IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, the then in-charge of the Bhuj airport who and his team reconstructed the IAF airbase with the help of 300 local women.
