Registrations

Registrations for Jio GigaFiber are open on the company’s website www.jio.com and also on their App My Jio. The registration is free of cost and those interested can get themselves registered.

Pay Plan

With initial 3 months free, with customers having to pay only a security deposit. Even in future Jio is expected to charge approximately 50% less than the regular players. If the usual plans cost about 700-1000 Rs a month, Jio would be charging 500 only.

Installation and Speed

Jio will not be charging customers for the installation of broadband, and thus making your choice to opt for Jio GigaFiber even lucrative. Jio is expected to offer speed up to 1gbps wherein customers will be able to stream 4k videos and play VR games on the network.

Voice Command

Jio set-top box comes equipped with voice command mode, which will enable customers to give directions through voice commands to manage the content.

Video Calling

Jio is also expected to bundle the offers with a smart remote and that will also support voice commands.  Once plugged into the TV, it will enable users to make video calls.
