Anand Mahindra Offered Help To A Food Truck Owner, Twitter Applauded His Kind Action

| Published on December 31, 2017

In the age where trolling has become a trend, there are some stories that inspire social media users to do something good for society. Anand Mahindra, the CEO of Mahindra group has done something similar on Twitter to help a lady entrepreneur from Mangalore.
Someone shared the success story of a single mom who is using Mahindra Bolero as a food truck and has now become popular for serving North Kannada delicacies. The Twitter user even tagged Anand Mahindra in his tweet.

When Anand Mahindra came to know about this, he decided to help the 34-year-old woman to expand her business. This is what he wrote in his tweet “A terrific story of entrepreneurship to end the week with.At Mahindra, we call this a Rise story. Am so delighted the Bolero played a small role. Can someone reach her & tell her I will personally invest in her expansion by supplying a Bolero for the second outlet she’s planning?”

He even clarified in another tweet that this is not a charity but an investment. “I don’t think she wants or needs my charity. She is a successful entrepreneur. I am offering to invest in her expansion,” Mahindra group CEO wrote.

Twitter users applauded this kind action from Mahindra with amazing tweets.

Great hearing your encouragement towards her venture

A terrific way to end the year for the Mangalore lady.

This is not the first instance that Mahindra has supported people who have done something unique using vehicles of his company. Earlier this year, he gifted a new car to an auto-rickshaw driver, who had made his auto-rikshaw look like a Scorpio.
