Anand Mahindra is known for his active presence on Twitter, and this is not the first time users have been amused by his quips. Recently, he shared a picture that was forwarded to him by a friend in the USA. Talking about ‘jugaad’, the Hindi term for ‘convenience’, he shared a picture of a man on a modified motorcycle. Guess Indians are not the only ones who know about this concept.
In the picture, you can see a Mahindra loader attached to the bike to make it look like an excavator of sorts.
Forwarded to me by a friend in the U.S. we may be in danger of losing our title of ‘Jugaad’ champions!
This gent seems to have hooked a Mahindra loader attachment to his bike! Need to see it in action, but it could actually turn out to have applications out here… pic.twitter.com/C5y0MC87TQ— anand mahindra (@anandmahindra) February 17, 2021
Yes, on the power issue not sure. The design seems to be not for loading/ unloading but for removal of garbage and snow spillage during winter on ground level with less load. Interesting to know more about this from tweets.

That’s a brilliant “Jugaad”! Not to worry, we Indians wouldn’t give up the “Jugaad” title that easily 😅

Good point. It could also be used to pick up autumn leaves.
Users were definitely all praises about this innovation.
Yes we lost this battle ! It looks really neat … 👏

Another user also went ahead to compare this makeshift model to JCB’s automobiles known for loading and unloading.

While Indians are the masters of ‘Jugaad’, we will definitely praise this innovation and hopefully come out with out own versions of the same in the coming months.
What do you think of this genius behind the makeshift excavator?
