The 2018 awards were held in Mumbai on September 5 and Big Bazaar has won “Most admired retailer” for the Digital Marketing Campaigns category.

Big Bazaar celebrated its 12th Anniversary of Sabse Saste Din offers with a fresh idea- Big Bazaar 24 hour Facebook Live Shopping Carnival. Big Bazaar promoted the Live video broadcast by giving away more than 10 lakh mobile coupons to use during sale days. The campaign was also promoted on Instagram Stories and signing popular celebrities such as Mouni Roy, Aamir & Sanjeeda, Ranvijay Singh, Shraddha Sharma & many more helped this campaign to be a super hit.
Big Bazaar hosted a fashion show named Watch Now Buy Now that allowed customers to buy clothing in real time. To get maximum attractions discounts were available to those who were quick to register for this event.
Big Bazaar not only wants to use social media for converting the online audience into their offline customers but also wants to push the e-commerce business using creative campaigns. Big Bazaar created immense visibility for their ‘Public Holiday Sale” campaign made visitors to try online shopping by partnering with RVCJ Media to create a buzz on social media. RVCJ created funny static memes, video memes and dedicated YouTube video that made this campaign successful.
For this sale, Big Bazaar launched 2 games on Facebook that helped customers to get discounts by scoring in these games.
Not only this, to engage the audience on social media, Big Bazaar created Facebook augmented reality camera game for the Football world cup too.
