With This Diwali Ad, Nerolac Recreated Old Memories That Make Our Lives Colourful.

| Published on November 13, 2018

Festivals hold an important place in Indian culture and there is no doubt that Diwali is the most widely celebrated Hindu festival in our country. To make this day memorable, people start preparing for the celebrations well in advance. From cleaning houses to coming up with exceptional decorations, everything possible is done. Also, Diwali brings alive the joy of happiness by bringing people together, thereby strengthening relationships.
Nerolac

On the occasion of Diwali, Nerolac released a video ad which showed that the true essence of Diwali is not only about celebrations, but also about recreating memories that made our childhood beautiful. The ad starts with a guy checking his list for Diwali preparations; he comes across his sister’s wish of recreating their Bachpan Ka Ghar, which leaves him confused.

After going through his childhood pictures, he gets to know what exactly his sister was asking for and to surprise her, he tries to recreate those memories by painting her room with the same color that he saw in pictures. This surprise from her brother touches her heart and she’s left emotional. Also, it takes her back to the golden old days.
This video has expressed how Diwali makes us relive our fondest memories and how Nerolac has contributed to this by being a part of every beautiful memory since our childhood. Here is the complete ad:

The timing of this ad resonates the brand image perfectly as Diwali is the time when we give the best makeover to our homes. All this is incomplete without a fresh coat of paint. Nerolac has been a popular name in the paint industry and is making our lives colorful from over nine decades now. Also, Nerolac has an emotional connection with the customers as it has given us so many precious memories.

We loved the ad, what about you?
