Gucci Is Selling Dirty Shoes For Whopping Rs 57000. Twitter Reacts

Recently we wrote an article sharing the reasons why most luxury brands fail India. It shows that Indians are value-loving customers but still there are brands out there getting popular for the products they sell at surprising prices.

Gucci is selling a pair of shoes ‘screener leather sneaker’ which looks like the classic trainers of the 70s with the vintage Gucci logo. If you follow older fashion trends, you must have seen these shoes in the older times. Interestingly, these don’t even look like new as they have a distressed effect.

The price of these shoes is whopping £615. Yes, you read it right! £615 which is approximately equal to Rs. 57,000 in Indian currency. Other than the brand name it is difficult to point out why someone will buy such dirty shoes at such a high price!!
