LinkedIn Launches A New Tool To Analyze Who Is Searching For Your Profile!

LinkedIn now has a new feature to make its users feel more better. They have launched a new tool thatis capableof analyzing how the users profiles are searched and who is searching them. Charu Jangid, who works on product management for the professional network, introduced this in a blog post.

She said,

You can now go to your LinkedIn profile on both mobile and desktop and see how many people found you from a LinkedIn search. You can also see the companies and job titles of the people who found you in search to help signal what types of opportunities you may be a fit for. Click through to see open jobs at each company, as well as who the hiring managers are, so you can follow up for more information.

Also assuring the fact that they are working more to make the website more transparent and user-friendly.

She advised the users to upgrade their profile and also complete their profile to get a personal view on which are the parts that they need to work on for attracting the viewers.

Tips to be followed

1. A profile picture s necessary to help the viewers to recognize you. Members with a profile photo receive up to
21 times more profile views and nine times more connection requests.
2. Members should include current positions after an upgradation.
4. Members with more than five skills are 27 times more likely to be discovered in searches by recruiters.
5. Including the city makes it easy for recruiters to view you.
