Twitter has become a platform for interactions between brands and customers. Brands know this fact and they are very active on this micro-blogging platform. A man recently asked Google India for new maps feature. He wrote Dear @Google Itne badhiya maps banaye, chota sa feature aur daal dete ki saaf saaf bolde flyover par chadhna hai ya neeche se jaana hai. 5 inch ke screen par aadhe milimetre ka deflection Kahan se dekhe aadmi? Google India tried to make the most of this occasion, they replied with a Shayari which is winning the hearts of people online. Shukar manate hain aap jaise users ka, jo humein sahi raah dikhaate hain. Behtar bante jaane ka yeh safar rukega nahin, mere humsafar.

Someone asked Uber about this problem.

True yaar. Once my Uber driver took me into an under bridge in Pune. As per location it ok right but I had to pay 100 rps extra to come out of that under bridge. !!
