The motive of the Award Function is to highlight and celebrate women and their achievements and with the same, inspire the in-making self-made women out there as well. 4. Mrs.Summan R Agarwal- Women Icon For Social Cause (Suprayas Foundation)
Social Work runs in her blood as her grandfather, Mr. Hukumchand Bansal, was a freedom fighter. She consistently works for the welfare of the downtrodden. Being a member of acid survivors foundation India Ltd, she has been working since 2009 for the acid attack victims. It is because of her efforts & followup with the law ministers, member of parliaments & MLAs, that the formation of new IPC Section 326(A) & 326 (B) took place.
5. Mrs.Kiran Gill– Icon In Beauty & Hair Service (Benny Beauty Salon)

7. Mrs.Janaki Swami- Iconic Business Entrepreneur (Namakkal Roadlines)
