After months full of slowdown, the auto industry is finally getting back in action with some new launches. A piece of exciting news has been confirmed by MG Motors as the company is all set to launch the new Hector Plus SUV in the Indian market today (July 13). For those who don’t know, Hector Plus is the 6-seat version of regular Hector SUV.

The buzz for the latest Hector Plus is so much that it has been reported that rival companies are spreading fake information regarding this launch. MG Motors is already accepting bookings on Hector Plus and is confident about its sales in India.

Hector Plus comes with the same engine options as its 5-seater version and will have some additional features like an automatic tailgate. The car has got 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera and electronic stability control.

Disinfect and Deliver initiative

Keeping the safety of its customers in mind, MG has initiated the Disinfect and Deliver program which ensures car deliveries and test drive at home to customers under a complete sanitized process. Not only this, the company has decided that this process will be followed every time, for all vehicles, from now onwards.

MG Motors showing support during COVID-19 pandemic

MG Motors India has been very active to contribute their supports towards society during this pandemic situation. The company along with its staff pledged a total donation of Rs 2 crores towards COVID19 medical aid which included Ventilators, beds, medicines, masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Under #LetsFeedTogether initiative the company distributed over 12,000 food packets to the migrant workforce in Delhi-NCR region during the lockdown. Rajeev Chaba President & Managing Director, MG Motor India has also donated 1 month’s Salary.
