One Plus has recently opened an Exclusive Service Centres at Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai and is planning to open two more in the coming week, in Bengaluru and Jaipur respectively, making a total of 18 exclusive stores. These exclusive centers aim to reduce customer hassle and solve most of the queries and problems within an hour including delivery. They have also extended their service center timings from 11AM-8PM including lunchtime and weekends too enabling seamless service for working and professional people.

Customers can read books, listen to music, surf the net or even play games on PS4 while waiting for the mobile to get serviced. One Plus aims at opening 25 such exclusive centers by the end of the year.
