The CEO of an Indian services company recognized the challenge of scaling personalized content, leading to generic emails. Salesforce introduces Marketing GPT and Commerce GPT, enabling scalable personalization for internet companies.

These AI-powered solutions help address the challenge of scaling personalization and generate tailored promotional materials. At Salesforce Connections, they unveiled a range of offerings to enhance customer experiences across channels.

Generative AI can save marketers significant time, but human oversight, trusted data, and training remain crucial for success.

Marketing often involves extensive data analysis before creating promotional content, which can be time-consuming. Salesforce leverages its cloud services and AI capabilities to personalize content and enhance customer experiences.

Stephen Hammond, EVP and GM Cloud Services, highlighted this during a media addressa and said: “We are excited to be launching Marketing GPT, which is our new AI connected system that connects AI to data to CRM using the world’s most trusted CRM system. This system will bring together the combination of AI from our historical systems and machine learning to build deep personalisation at scale. This will be combined with natural language that will enable marketers to interface with AI in a manner they can create content and engage with their consumers.”

Internet companies are experiencing a surge in customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and service. Artificial intelligence allows for personalized experiences at scale, connecting companies with consumers. Salesforce has facilitated the transition from software to cloud and is now leading the shift from cloud to AI, according to Hammond.

Salesforce’s ability to generate personalized content quickly stems from its integrated system that stores customer data across marketing, commerce, service, and sales. With a comprehensive view of consumers, thanks to cloud-stored data, Salesforce prioritizes consumer data protection without sharing it with third parties.

Additionally, Salesforce’s Rapid Identity Resolution and Segmentation enable personalized experiences by identifying customers across multiple devices. The use of GPT assists marketers in overcoming the challenge of creating engaging content for a wide audience, including subject lines and body content.

Salesforce introduces Commerce GPT, a new solution designed to accelerate companies’ business objectives. Michael Affronti, SVP and GM Cloud Commerce at Salesforce, announces the platform’s launch.

According to Affronti, “It is the next platform for customer interaction when it comes to brands engaging with consumers.”

While Artificial Intelligence is poised to revolutionize business, human intervention remains crucial at every stage. However, digital marketing companies should be cautious as GPT can rapidly generate content at scale.

As per media reports, the dairy major recorded a turnover of Rs 20,300 crore in FY26, up 17% year-on-year. The company has more than doubled its revenue over the last five years, crossing the Rs 20,000-crore milestone. As part of its growth strategy, Mother Dairy is looking to strengthen its presence outside Delhi-NCR. Chairman Meenesh Shah said the company is exploring entry into new markets where it currently has limited or no presence. The company is also setting up a dairy plant in Maharashtra, has leased a facility in Hyderabad, and is establishing a second plant in Bihar. Managing Director Jayateertha Chary said sales in the first two months of the fiscal have been encouraging, with ice cream emerging as a strong-performing category. Reports also suggest that from Mother Dairy’s FY26 turnover, the dairy business contributed more than Rs 15,000 crore, while edible oils and horticulture accounted for around Rs 5,000 crore. Around 63% of revenue came from Delhi-NCR, with the remainder generated from other parts of the country. The company currently reaches more than 95 cities across India and operates nine milk processing plants, four horticulture processing plants and 16 associated edible oil facilities.
