Shilpa Shetty who is the synonym of fit and fabulous in Bollywood recently turned down an endorsement deal worth Rs. 10 crores. 

The 44 year old actress who is seen promoting healthy lifestyle through her social media channels like Instagram and Youtube was approached by an ayurvedic company to endorse their slimming pills. While the offer surely sounds tempting enough Shetty turned it down stating she does not want to endorse anything she does not believe in. 

Shetty is not only a promoter of healthy lifestyle but also practices what she preaches. Her Instagram and Youtube channel are filled with videos of her rigorous work out sessions and her simple delicious yet healthy recipes that she likes to indulge in to keep herself in shape.

On being asked about the deal Shilpa said, ”I can’t sell something that I don’t believe in. Slimming pills and fad diets can be tempting since they promise instant results, but nothing beats the sense of pride of being committed to your routine and eating right. A lifestyle modification works so much better in the long term.”

She is indeed an inspiration!
