Zomato is one of country’s best food delivery apps, has a good customer service system. They try to help customers as far as possible.
They also have a very active social media marketing team and the team communicates with the customers using funny conversations.
A guy named Piyush Dwivedi ordered through Zomato which was delayed. He contacted the customer service executive through chat.
