Top 10 CEOs In 2021 As Per Glassdoor

Glassdoor has recently announced the winners of its 8th Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Top CEOs in 2021 across North America and parts of Europe.

Glassdoor is one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites. The website also allows the current and former employees of any company to anonymously review their employer.

As per Glassdoor’s findings, these are the 10 Top CEOs in 2021 in the United States.

1. Rich Lesser (99 percent approval)

Rich Lesser is the CEO of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 2013. He has emerged as an employee favorite as per Glassdoors’ annual list of the ‘Top CEOs for 2021’. As per the company’s website, under Rich’s supervision, BCG has grown strongly globally across all regions and practices, fueled by investments in new offices, digital and analytics, and capabilities to drive innovation and transformation.

2. Shantanu Narayen (99 percent approval)

Shantanu Narayen has been the chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Adobe Inc. since 2007.

3. Peter Pisters (99 percent approval)

Dr. Pisters is president of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he previously served in faculty and leadership positions for more than 20 years.

4. Gary C. Kelly (98 percent approval)

Gary C. Kelly is the chief executive officer and chairman at Southwest Airlines. He was twice named CEO of the Year by the D CEO Magazine. He’s been named one of the best CEOs in America by Institutional Investor magazine three times.

5. Alfred F Kelly Jr (97 percent approval)

Alfred F Kelly Jr is the CEO of Visa Inc since 2016. He was elected Chairman of the Board in April 2019.

6. Satya Nadella

Satya Nadella is an Indian-born American business executive who is the executive chairman of Microsoft since 2014 and had first joined Microsoft in 1992.

7. Charles C. Butt (97 percent approval)

Charles C. Butt inherited his family’s San Antonio–based H-E-B supermarket chain in 1971. According to Forbes, the privately held company has more than 300 stores and $20 billion in sales.

8. Ed Bastian (97 percent approval)

Ed Bastian is the ninth and current chief executive officer of Delta Air Lines serving since 2016.

9. Paul Cormier (97 percent approval)

Paul Cormier was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Red Hat in April 2020. Prior to that, he was the company’s President of Products and Technologies, driving major strategy shifts and expansion of its portfolio of products and services.

10. Horacio D. Rozanski (97 percent approval)

Horacio D. Rozanski is the president and chief executive officer of Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management and technology consulting firm headquartered in McLean, VA.
