1. Maruti Suzuki S-Presso

Maruti Suzuki showcased the Future S Concept at the Auto Expo 2018. Power on the new Maruti Suzuki S-Presso is expected to come from the 1.0-liter K-Series petrol engine that will be BS6 compliant.

Expected Price: Rs. 4 Lakh

Expected Date of Launch: 15 Oct 2019

2. Renault Kwid Facelift

The 2019 Kwid facelift will use the same set of petrol engines from the previous iteration. These include a 0.8-liter engine which makes 54PS of power and 72Nm of peak torque and the 1.0-liter engine that puts out 68PS and 91Nm. Both engines are expected to be BS6-ready.

Expected Price: 2.80 Lakh

Expected Date of Launch: End of September 2019

3. Skoda Superb 2019

The Superb facelift features a 1.4-liter TSI petrol engine mated to a 112hp electric motor, which sends the drive to the front wheels through a 6-speed DSG transmission. The peak system output is 217hp with 400Nm of torque.

Expected Price: Rs. 25 Lakh

Expected Date of Launch: September 15, 2019

4. Mahindra eKUV100

The eKUV100 is expected to share its powertrain with the eVerito, like the concept which was showcased at the Auto Expo 2018. It was powered by a 3-phase AC induction 31kW electric motor coupled to a lithium-ion battery.

It boasted of a claimed range of 140km and was equipped with fast charging. Thanks to which, the battery could be juiced up to 80 percent in less than an hour.

Expected Price: Rs. 10 Lakh

Expected Date of Launch: September 2019

5. Hyundai Elantra Facelift

Heart of the 2019 Hyundai Elantra will be powered by a 2.0L naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine, a 1.4L turbo 4-cylinder, and a 1.6L turbo 4-cylinder engine. These engines will churn out 147 bhp, 128 bhp, and 201 bhp respectively.

The company will offer a 6-speed automatic, a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and an option of 6-speed manual or the 7-speed dual-clutch for the sport version of the 2019 Elantra.

Expected Price: Rs. 14-17 Lakh

Expected Date of Launch: September 2019
