VVS Laxman Shares Story Of Tea Seller Who Spends 80% Of His Income Educating Kids

| Published on November 11, 2019

Everybody has lived a different childhood, seen a different journey and grown up in different environments. These lessons and memories are what shapes a human being into a distinct personality when he/she enters into adulthood. No one wants to repeat the mistakes, relive the bad memories or want anyone else to listen to their tales of struggling days.

This is probably why we get to hear so many inspiring stories, stories about people who are changing the world, one day at a time.

A tale that inspires every human being!

Mohammad Mahboob Malik runs a tea stall in Kanpur. Then again, this tea stall is not just for himself. He uses 80 percent of the revenue from this tea stall to educate around 40 children in Kanpur.

Tea Seller

Mr. Malik had a tough childhood, did not receive education and lived in poverty. Now, he does not want any other child to go through what he did and tries his level best to contribute his part.

Mr. Malik has been running a school since 2015 in Kanpur, educating 40 children and also sponsoring their clothes, books, stationery, etc. The story is so inspiring and heart-warming that former cricketer VVS Laxman shared it on his Twitter account.

What you think, what your heart wants and what you do, if all these three are in alignment, there’s nothing in the world that can stop you from achieving what you want. Mr. Malik is making things work, not only ensuring a better life for those 40 kids but setting an example for many children and adults across the world.

Instead of wasting money, running behind luxury, if we all work to improve society, remove poverty and increase education, India will achieve great heights and the world would too.
