You don’t need to have a college degree in order to work with Tesla. By 2022, Founder Elon Musk confirms that the Tesla factory in Austin will require 10,000+ workers. It is known as Giga Texas and is approximately 15 mins away from the airport.

In a tweet shared by him, he brings in this new update stating that you don’t have to be qualified to work for one of the biggest companies in the world. Your passion and skills will take you further and Musk has been a firm believer of the same ever since he started Tesla and SpaceX.

He also lists down some pointers of working with Tesla, and the advantages it will have on one’s professional and personal growth. You can finish school and join this Gigafactory in Austin without having to worry about college.

As mentioned in the tweet, the number of opportunities is in abundance as the company will hire entry-level professionals to experts in their fields. Since Tesla also associates itself with some of the finest universities and organizations in Texas, one can hope to secure a gig for the coming years without having to worry about expenses or job insecurity.

Moreover, the Texas Austin plant will see a huge jump in progress between 2021 and 2022 right from the forthcoming electric Cybertruck and its Model Y crossovers. This decade seems to be owned by Musk, and he is rightfully proving it one tweet at a time.
