Deloitte has released a list of World’s Top 10 Leading Retailers, let’s have a look!

1. Walmart

Walmart has managed to maintain its position in the top list of retailers almost every time such rankings are formed. The growth of the brand is never-ending with the revenue of 3% in FY17.

2. Costco Wholesale Corporation

Presently functioning 12 countries, Costco has way lesser stores than Walmart but still giving a tough fight to it being on the position of number 1 on the list.

3. The Kroger Co

Shocking as it is, Kroger is only operating in 1 country and has driven out an approximate revenue of $118,982 in FY17, probably due its 2017 launch of Restock Kroger initiative.

4. Amazon

Functioning in 14 countries, Amazon is providing great product and delivery deals to its customers which could be the main reason of its extensive growth in the market and leading the list on number 4.

5. Schwarz Group

Schwarz belong to Germany and is currently working in 30 countries and most of its sales is being generated from Spain, Austria and the Czech Republic.

6. The Home Depot

Home Depot had sold for $100.9 billion in FY17 and is presently being operated in 4 countries. Also, is the sole home-improvement company on the list.

7. Walgreens Boots Alliance

The brand acquired approx 1932 stores in the year 2018, currently setting off in 10 countires.

8. Aldi Einkauf GmbH & Co

Presently working in 18 countries, this german brand generated revenue of 7.7% in FY17.

9. CVS Health Corporation

The corporation is running in 3 countiries with the revenue generation of $79398 million. Last year, the brand was on number 10.

10. Tesco PLC

Tesco entered in the list with the outstanding sales revenue of $74 billion.
